Three  Steps Visa Apply:

1  After you fill the form provided on the site and send us  scan of main passport page and a short CV, we will extract a formal application from your submitted data to be sent to the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on your behalf which authorizes the consulate for visa issue. Be sure that the details have been entered correct, since they must match your passport info and the documents which will be submitted later to the consulate for collecting the visa.

2 The service charge is 49$. You will receive the service bill and the payment instructions with the receipt confirmation message. This charge is different from the visa fee which you must pay to the consulate for stamping your passport .


3  After the formal procedure, The output will be an authorization letter which will be faxed to the Iranian Consulate which you have indicated in the form. We will give you this letter’s reference code with which you will be able to collect your visa. You will refer to the consulate with your passport (which must be valid for the next 6 months), the completed visa application form , 2 new passport size photos (with covered hair for ladies, at some consulates), the visa fee (which depends on your nationality) and the authorization reference code, (Always check the needed documents with the consulate, as there may be differences from one consulate to another.) You may also be able to send the documents and receive the visa by mail. Contact the consulate for more details. The procedure of submitting the documents and collecting the visa can be normally done in the same day.


Attention: For American citizens it is mandatory to take a tour.

The visa allows you to stay in Iran for up to 30 days, although the duration of your Iran visa is at the discretion of the Iranian Foreign Ministry for which we cannot be held responsible. However, you can easily get a visa extension once you arrive in Iran, at no extra cost, by going to any by Police Department of Aliens Affairs on the basis of justifiable reasons and approval of the mentioned Bureau.

You have one month to have the Iran visa stamped into your passport, from the time the visa permit is issued. From the date your passport is stamped with the visa, you have three months to enter Iran.

The probability of securing the authorization number for the clients who request further services from us will be higher, since the Ministry of Foreign Affair would assume we are your host in Iran.

Visa collection procedure:

The first thing to do is to contact the Iranian embassy and make sure what their requirements and procedure is to grant your visa. Please consider that process might take time or needed certain document or requirements. The absolute fact is to contact the embassy and get the latest updates.

You can collect your visa at any Iranian embassy, consulate or interest bureaus around the world which you indicate in your original application. It is very hard to change the visa collection place after the visa is issued.

In order to save the time and travel cost for collecting your visa form the Embassies, you can call up the embassy, where your visa is to be collected and ask them to send your visa by post to your address. this usually requires that you send your passport by UPS ,DHL or any other regional registered currier service to Iranian embassy , you also need to send them the consular service fee and to send the visa collection form which the Embassy employees would let you know of that.
